Begin to feel benefits from Spiritual Teaching by allowing yourself to Think and Feel these words as you speak them to yourself.

1. There is One Mind
2. That Mind is the Mind of God
3. That Mind is Good
4. That Mind is Perfect
5. That Mind is Everywhere Present
6. That Mind is all the Power there is
7. That Mind knows everything.

    Now say these words to the aspect of your being that seems to be who you are:

1. I AM recognizing that the ONE MIND is in a very deep place within the person who I AM
2. I AM declaring that the person I appear to be is Unified with the ONE MIND deep within Me
3. I AM NOW SAYING "YES" to every GOOD THOUGHT that is coming into My Awareness
4. GOOD THOUGHTS ARE THE POSITIVE AFFIRMATIVE IDEAS THAT I HAVE
5. I AM GROWING SPIRITUALLY AS I PARTICIPATE IN THESE PROCEDURES:

• I AM Regularly Attending a New Thought Center for Spiritual Upliftment
• I AM Meditating daily or very often
• I AM frequently Reminding myself that God is All there is
• I AM Attending classes about Spirituality and Studying the Ideas I learn there
• I AM Listening to cassette tapes that explain these Truths or that greatly Affirm them
• I AM Knowing the Truth of Being which is Healing my experiences of: Relationships, Diseases, Poverty, Loneliness, Anxiety, Insecurity, Guilt, and Self-rejection
